If you are dissatisfied with your order and seek a return for refund, please contact aheliapublishing@outlook.com. Please indicate the product(s) and the reason for the intended return. If eligible, the cost of the item(s) will be refunded to you, excluding any shipping costs,* upon receipt of the purchased items. We accept approved returns for a full refund within 30 days of customer purchase with merchandise received in original condition.

*If your item(s) arrive damaged or you receive an item(s) that doesn't match your web order receipt, a pre-paid return shipping label can be sent to you.

Please allow 1 - 2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Shipping time will depend on your location, however you can anticipate that your order will arrive in 3 - 10 business days once your order is processed.
