If eligible, the cost of the item(s) will be refunded to you, excluding any shipping costs,* upon receipt of the purchased items. We accept approved returns for a full refund within 30 days of customer purchase with merchandise received in original condition.

*If your item(s) arrive damaged or you receive an item(s) that doesn't match your web order receipt, a pre-paid return shipping label can be sent to you.
